SUS’s Service Desk

SUS’s service desk answers questions about your membership. They can also help you find the right person within SUS’s organization to answer other kinds of questions. Answers to the most common questions can be found on our Membership FAQ page.

The Service Desk is open for visitors, phone calls and answers emails and venue booking requests only during our opening hours.

SUS Service desk has closed for visits and phone calls for the summer on 5th of June and will open again in August before the start of the autumn semester.

We can still be reached by email at info@sus.se and lokalbokning@sus.se, but please account for longer response times.

No new venue booking requests will be received during the vacation period 2026-06-15–2026-08-03.

Visiting address: Studenthuset at Campus Frescati, Universitetsvägen 2A, 11418 Stockholm. You find us on the bottom floor in Studenthuset on campus Frescati.

Phone: 08-15 41 00. Currently closed for vacation. We answer during ordinary opening hours, given that we are not assisting visitors at the time.
