SUS’s Service Desk
SUS’s service desk answers questions about your membership. They can also help you find the right person within SUS’s organization to answer other kinds of questions. Answers to the most common questions can be found on our Membership FAQ page.
The Service Desk is open for visitors, phone calls and answers emails and venue booking requests only during our opening hours.
Opening hours:
Monday - Thursday, 11.00 - 15.00
Holiday break during christmas and new year: The service desk is open for the last day before christmas break on the 18th of December and opens again for normal opening hours on the 12th of January 2026. During the time in between these dates emails will be answered once a week and no phone calls will be received. Thanks for your patience!
