Free yoga lessons
SUS and SSIF invite all members to yoga every Tuesday! The class is suitable for all levels and guides you through a variety of yoga poses, focusing on mindfulness and body awareness! The first yoga session is on Tuesday, September 8!
Free member breakfast
SUS treats all our members to breakfast on the Wednesday before the monthly CSN payment! The first breakfast of the semester is on September 23! Breakfast is served while supplies last, just show your pink SUS membership card in the Mecenat app.

SUS Adventure to Northern Sweden
Do you want to experience the magic of Swedish Lapland? Now is your chance to travel north of the Arctic Circle to Björkliden with SUS and Timetravels! Chase the Northern Lights, visit Narvik and the magnificent Norwegian fjords, go skiing or snowshoeing, explore the Nordic wilderness, build a wind shelter, and learn how to start a fire.
