On August 6, SUS participates in Academic Pride together with Stockholm University, Karolinska Institute, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics and thousands of others.

On August 6, it's time for this year's Pride Parade! SUS is of course participating in the celebration Academic Pride.

Here are some things we want to advise you to do before the start of the semester, especially if you are completely new to campus.

On Sunday, SUS participated in a demonstration against the changes in the Aliens act. The purpose was to highlight the issues that the changes to the law have created for PhD students who would like to continue their work in Sweden.

Come join our free breakfast for members, our picnic on campus or come by the student union pub and play some board games!

This is the last week of the Student Union Election, so remember to vote! You can also visit an election-themed pub, play board games during the student union pub or start up a brand new gardening association!

Since a student union association was subjected to a transphobic attack, SUS’s presidium has made a statement regarding the incident and SUS’s support for trans people’s rights.

To vote in this year’s student union election, you must become a member of SUS before 6 pm on April 18. The Student Union Election takes place between April 25 and May 6.

In March, both the European Student Assembly in Strasbourg and the conference “New Horizons for the European-African Partnership” in Marseille, took place. The European Civic University CIVIS attended, representing European students.
