The Student Union Election 2021 Results
The Student Union Election 2021 is now over! The voter turnout was a whopping 27%, which is the highest voter turnout in 39 years.
The parties’ results were the following:
The Student Association of the Left (Vänsterns studentförening) 29,2%
The Social Democratic Students (S-Studenter) 26,8%
The Student Party (Studentpartiet) 20,2%
The Liberal and Conservative Alliance (Borgerlig Allians) 14,9%
Blank votes: 8,9%.
”We are super happy about the high voter turnout. It is a sign of that student care about student governance and the Student Union. Now we will get ready for another year with more involved students and more power. I’d like to thank all the members who voted”, says Sofia Holmdahl, President of SUS.
