Summary of the latest Representative Assembly meeting!

The latest Representative Assembly meeting took place Thursday, November 27. These meetings are open to the public and offer you, as a student, the chance to stay informed about what’s happening at SUS!

Highlights from the meeting:

SUS activity report

  • The Presidium presented the activity report and outlined progress on the prioritized advocacy issues.

    Other matters

  • SUS’s board for the previous fiscal year was discharged from liability.

  • The assembly discussed topics such as coffee prices and SUS leadership’s representation outside the student union.

  • The board’s proposal was adopted, meaning that SUS now officially has positions on grade boosting (plussning), student holidays, and academic freedom.

  • A student union election debate is planned to be held during the spring.
