Summary of the latest Representative Assembly meeting!

The latest Representative Assembly meeting took place Thursday, September 25. These meetings are open to the public and offer you, as a student, the chance to stay informed about what’s happening at SUS!

Highlights from the meeting:

SUS activity report

  • The Presidium presented the activity report and outlined progress on the prioritized advocacy issues. An update was also given on developments within SUS’s three areas of activity.


    SUS Policy Document

  • A decision was made to further develop SUS’s policy document with new focus areas:

    • Academic freedom

    • Grade improvement (“plussning”)

    • Student holidays

    Other matters

  • A decision was made to allocate more budget to SNNC (Student Nobel NightCap).

  • A record number of motions (13) were processed, along with a record number of reservations.

  • The date for the upcoming student union election was set.

  • Discussions were held regarding SUS’s financial investments.
