SUS Election Committee’s proposal for next year’s elected representatives is now available
The Election Committee has now presented its consolidated proposal for elected representatives for the upcoming year. The proposal is characterized by experience, innovation, and a strong ambition to further develop student life.
After extensive work throughout the year, the Election Committee has reached an agreement on its proposal to the Representative Assembly. The process has included interviews, evaluations, and thorough discussions of all candidates.
For SUS Presidium, Oliviae Odenskiöld is proposed as President of the Student Union and Valentin Rodikov as Vice President. Both candidates have experience in student engagement and are assessed to form a strong and complementary leadership team.
The Election Committee also proposes that the Board should consist of seven members and an equal number of deputies, in line with current practice.
Interest in getting involved has been high: 47 nominations were submitted to the SUS Board. In its proposal, the Election Committee has placed particular emphasis on combining experience with new perspectives to strengthen the organization moving forward.
The final decision will be made by the Representative Assembly on Thursday, May 28.
