Thank you for responding to the 2025 member survey!❤️

In December 2025, SUS conducted a member survey to find out what you think about SUS membership and student life at Stockholm University. A total of 910 members participated – a big thank you for your participation!

The results give us a clear picture of what works well and what we can develop further. Overall, the responses show that trust in SUS is strong and that membership is perceived as valuable by the majority. What is especially appreciated is the opportunity to stand in the SSSB housing queue, our discounts and member benefits, the community through our partner associations and SUS activities.

At the same time, it appears that many students are not aware of all the benefits included in SUS membership. This shows that we need to be clearer and more regular in our communication, so that more people can easily take advantage of the member benefits in everyday life.

You also highlight the importance of early and clear information about upcoming activities, a better overview in calendars and more updates about what is happening on campus. Physical meetings – such as tables, welcome days and social activities – remain important, while email and Instagram are our most central digital channels.

International students are demanding more practical and accessible support around student life in Sweden, which is an important development area for SUS going forward.

In summary, the survey shows that SUS has an important social and practical role, while your views give us clear guidance in our continued work. Thank you for helping us develop SUS and create a better student life!
