To think about

Make sure that your reservation is within the university’s regular opening hours.

Please note that all reservations must be made at least 7 days before the event. SUS’s meeting rooms can only be booked for meetings, not as study spaces for individuals. If you want to book some of SUS’s meeting rooms during office hours, you must book them at least two weeks beforehand. This applies to Rosa rummet, Nobelrummet and Holländarrummet. SUS can not guarantee that these meeting rooms are bookable during office hours.

Did you not have the correct role on SUS Admin to make a booking request? The president of your association may contact studentliv@sus.se to update board members’ contact information and desired roles.
